No refunds will be given.
All our ebooks are of high quality. If you did not get your download we will be more than
happy to assist by e-mailing it to you. You will need to supply us with the transaction ID from
Paypal and we will need to confirm it. We will only email them to your Main Paypal address. These are digital goods,
we have no way of knowing that you did not retain a copy, so a refund is out of the question. Make
sure before you buy.
Once you have paid through Paypal, a link is sent to your main Paypal e-mail address, and only there.
You may also use the Your download link by entering in your main Paypal address.
You will have 2 days to download from time of purchase, or the script might cut you off sooner if it
sees your download link being shared or misused. If this happens, or your link expires, no refunds will
be given, and your download link will not be reactivated. This means you will need to repurchase to
download again. Don't loose your file!
Web/Instalation/Support services
Do we install scripts?
We can. We do not have the time to install for everybody. We don't do custom templating
nor graphics work either. If you really need to have your script installed though, contact us and
we might be able to help. For most of the smaller script it usually runs about $20 - $30. For
larger scripts, or more complicated installation procedures, it can run more. How much more
depends on what we have to do. Again, we do NOT do templating work, nor custom graphics. If you
need that done, we can attempt to put you into contact with someone who can, or point you to where
you should be able to find somebody. All we will do is a basic install with no customization work.
If you need modifications done to the script though(not graphics), sometimes we can work that in
as well. The costs will be dependant on what needs to be done.
Us doing anything is not guaranteed at all. We have fairly full schedules of our own and
a lot of times are not able to fit in extra work. Ask before you purchase if you need it done, or make
plans to have somebody else do it.
